DELIVERY INFORMATIONDELIVERY RATES
Candles be very expensive to ship due to their weight (3 16oz Apothecary jars weigh over 8Lbs when boxed!), thankfully though the US Postal Service offer flate rate domestic services regardless of weight or destination which means we can offer a flat rate to our customers. Currently, all domestic orders ship for a susidized rate of $8.95 and delivery is typically 2-3 days after your order is shipped.
We would love to ship to our international friends however our soy wax is very sensitive to temperture changes, for this reason we can't predict how the candles would arrive. Its pretty expensive to!
PACKAGING
Shipping candles requires a lot of packaing, to this end we put a lot of effort in to minmizing our impact on our resources such as:
- We only use electronic receipts
- We reuse all of the packing and shipping materials we receive, including boxes and fill.
- We use recyclable packing peanutes made from made from 100% post-consumer loose fill materials.
- All of our soy candle containers can either be recycled or reused.
- Our soy wax meets FDA and kosher standards, and comes from non-GMO, herbicide and pesticide-free organic soybean crops in the United States.
- We use cotton/hemp-core wicks to maximize the burn times for all of our soy candles; no lead or metal wicks are used.
We put a lot of effort in to making your candle, so naturally we want them to arrive to you in the same condition as when we made them! To do this we use a mixture of green packaging supplies ranging from bubble wrap to recycable peanuts. Rest assured your candles will be packed to withstand the rigors of cross country shipping!
