We want you to be completely happy with any product you buy from us. If, for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied you can return your unused purchase in its original condition for a refund less original shipping costs or exchange (shipping fee's will apply), you just need to notify us within 7 days of receipt. Used products or returns made outside of this period are not covered by this guarantee.

We will gladly refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
